We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed on business days by 5:00 PM (MT) are typically processed the same day when possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Processing Time

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. This includes order review, packing, and preparing the shipment for carrier pickup.

5. Standard Delivery Estimate

After processing, standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

6. Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. INFANZO LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
